Working out your face is a bit strange you might ask, so just what do I mean? There really is no way to workout your face, but what I am talking about is getting rid of wrinkles. Wrinkles happen to the best of us even when we are staying in shape and eating healthy, although I do have to say that by staying healthy it will help in the long run. Of course just eating healthy and working out is not going to stop you from getting wrinkles and fine lines.

Just like working out and getting healthy you are not going to reverse years of aging in a month, it might take you 6 months to a year. Same goes for losing weight and getting in shape. I find that I really like to switch up my routines or my body gets used to them. It is amazing how you can follow the same program for a few months and feel great. Yeah I know it is a strange title for a post, but it is one of those things you live with as a guy all the time!! Your wife asks you how she looks… you can say the truth… and you can’t lie.. you cant WIN!! Then when they go on a diet and lose 10 pounds and they are happy about it, they ask you how they look and you say great. Then they say ” I didn’t look great before”. You can’t Win!
It is all good though. The funniest thing I find with my wife and other women in general is they never listen to you/me. OK so I know most of you have texted before. It is quickly becoming the number one form of communication. Think about how much you text in a daily day? You don’t think that much? Well it is almost that time again. What time is that you ask? It is almost Jan 1 2012 and many new years resolutions are up in the ear. Are you going to be more productive? Have you heard of the Insanity Workout? It is from the Beach Body line of products and the master mind behind it is Shaun T a former dancer and choreographer.
The reason I did this insanity workout review is because I know a handful of people who have actually did it and the results were amazing.
I am in the 4th week myself and I am feeling great. The first 2 weeks were tough, but my buddy is adjusting and I am seeing results.
The great thing is that the Insanity Workout hits you for all angles and it does it in a way so your body can react and repair and get ready for the next workout. Like I said I am just finishing up my 4th week. Next week is a recovery week which gets me geared up for the last half of Insanity. The Max workout weeks! Aghh!!! I am a bit scare about this lol.
